- The request is made within 48 hours of purchase, and
- The course has not yet started, and
- No significant portion of the course has been accessed or attended
If these conditions are not met, refunds are generally not provided.
3. Courses with Scheduled Start Dates
For courses with fixed start dates:
- Full refund: If cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the course start date
- No refund: If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the course start date
- No refund: After the course has started
4. Multi-Session Courses / Packages
For courses sold as packages or multiple sessions:
- Refunds are not available once the first session has been attended
- Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if no sessions have been used
5. Instructor (Vendor) Cancellations
If a course is canceled by the instructor:

- You may choose to reschedule or transfer to another course
