1. Role of Language School Asia
Language School Asia operates as an online marketplace that connects students with independent language course providers across Asia (“Providers”).
We act solely as an intermediary and do not own, manage, or control the courses offered.
2. Booking Agreement
When you book a course through our Platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the selected Provider.
Language School Asia facilitates the booking but is not a party to the agreement between you and the Provider.
3. Provider Responsibility (Important)
Each Provider is fully responsible for:
- Delivering the course as described
- Course quality, teachers, and materials
- Scheduling and any changes
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
Language School Asia is not responsible or liable for:
- The quality or outcome of any course
- Changes, cancellations, or delays by the Provider
- Any disputes between you and the Provider
- Any damages, losses, or issues arising from your participation
4. Payments
All payments must be made exclusively through Language School Asia via the Platform.
- Payments are processed securely on our website
- Providers do not collect payments directly from students unless explicitly approved by Language School Asia
- A booking is only confirmed once full or partial payment (as applicable) has been successfully received
Language School Asia collects payments on behalf of Providers but does not assume responsibility for the delivery of the course.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days (1 week) before the course start date.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be eligible for a refund, depending on the Provider’s policy
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable
Any specific refund conditions may vary by Provider and will be shown on the course page.
6. Changes by Provider
Providers may occasionally need to:
- Adjust schedules
- Change teachers
- Modify course details
In such cases, the Provider is responsible for informing you and offering alternatives where applicable.
7. User Responsibilities
By booking a course, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Follow the rules of the Provider
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection and suitable device for online learning
As all courses are delivered online, you are responsible for:
- Your internet access and technical setup
- Attending sessions on time in the correct time zone
Visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements are not applicable to the services provided on this Platform.
8. No Guarantees
Language School Asia does not guarantee:
- Course availability
- Admission to any course
- Visa approval
- Specific learning outcomes
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Language School Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your booking or participation in any course.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Language School Asia unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform or making a booking constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
